We call upon the connection of movement and neural connection to aid us in the healing we long for - to support us in our ability to view and connect to all through our soul essence.
In this waxing moon phase, from 1/25 through 1/28, work on the four-part breath with the left hand only.
Begin: Inhale.
Pause in the fullness of breath. Put thumb pressure on the outside of the pinky finger nail. This activates the small intestine meridian and opens up the mid-brain to take in the reflection of soul essence.
On the exhale, put thumb pressure on the outside of the ring finger nail. This activates the triple energizer meridian.
Pause, before the inhale. Put thumb pressure on the fingerprint of the middle finger. This allows, in the pause, for reflected soul essence energy to move into the 6th chakra.
Inhale. Move the thumb pressure to the pointing finger. Breath up into the top of the head, allowing reflective soul essence energy into the prefrontal lobe.
The Four-part Breath:
- Begin with inhale.
- Pause breathing: Pinky finger (outside of nail) - In the fullness of breath, I take in my reflective self.
- Exhale: Ring finger (outside of nail) - My soul essence tone charges as the water is released.
- Pause breathing: Middle finger (fingerprint) - My reflective self moves into the sacred vortex in the center of my head.
- Inhale: Pointer finger - My soul essence reflection awakes.
Why is this year a 'year of reflection?'
ReplyDeleteThat is a good question. In that we live in an ever-expanding universe, as we expand, different things line up and also continue to cycle. There are many labyrinths of reference and many aspects of being.
ReplyDeleteWhen I view the human field in all of its current aspects, it points to the most important aspect to align with (in 2010) is the moon. The year began on the full moon. Full moons have many contexts, one being reflection.
Humanity’s relationship to our reflective self is waning and this has distorted the pool. It is a year of healing, noticing, and awakening to our reflective self.
I am sorry if this seems a little vague. Even students who have studied with me for over four years are struggling with understanding the interconnection that coalesces in this being a year of reflection.

Thank you for answering.
ReplyDeleteI can appreciate the power of the full moon and its cycle.
This sounds like an opportunity for us to heal our relationship with ourselves, from which springs our ability to relate to and have meaningful relationships with others.
Maybe this year many of us are ready to start our journey of "healing, noticing, and awakening."
Thank you very much for the sharing and guidance.
My pleasure. Glad it helped and connected.
