Perihelion 2010

The reflective circle of connection continues. Today, January 3, 2010, is the perihelion, the day of the year and the point in earth's yearly journey around the sun where the earth is closest to the sun. Yes, closest. The sun is the center and one of the main organizing energies in our solar system.

In practice today, I invite you to focus on the breath of God - accepting the most brilliant reflection of yourself into your sacrum. Clear your chakras, if it is hard to take in the vibration in your sacrum.

Ever awakening, Kiera

  1. Kiera,

thank you for this wonderful reminder. The sacrum noticing this holy bone connects the pelvis so we can ground and in the placement in the hips allowing us to take a stance as well as the flexablity to take the steps we need to on this holy ground we experience as life. The sacrum and noticing life in are empowerment to stand on our own two feet. A wonderful reminder thank you again for this blog and postings.
