One completion, One beginning

April 12: Bring in awakening energy to the second chakra. Use class skills or intention.

April 13: Begin clearing the third chakra. We clear the third chakra in the new moon energy, to begin understanding the nature of power in the reflective self.
  • From the core layer of the third chakra, clear information of power over or passive power.
  • From the body layer of the third chakra, clear fear of no power or powerlessness.
  • From the neural layer of the third chakra, clear the missed signals of power.
  • From the spirit layer of the third chakra, clear any attachment to power.

This is to continue through April 14 and 15.

Awakening to Reflective Self

Begin clearing and working with the second chakra - the awakening to reflective self.
  • From the core of the second chakra, clear horror of seeing the difference of what you are and of what you have become.
  • From the body layer of the second chakra, clear lack of trust of self or information.
  • From the neural layer of the second chakra, clear confusion.
  • From the spirit layer of the second chakra, clear grief and loss of connection.
This is to continue through April 4, 5, and 6.

First Chakra

We greet the full moon with openness to what has been revealed to us over the last two weeks. We begin in the first chakra.

Today in practice, greet the first chakra core and clear fear of seeing reflective self. From the body layer, clear fear of experience. From the neural layer, clear fear of change. From the spirit layer, clear fear of not manifesting who you are.

This embodied practice exercise in for March 29 and March 30. For reference, see http://embodiedpractice.blogspot.com/2010/02/journey.html.

Welcome Spring

Continue with the soul essence lens awakening.

For those of us who are working with the four-part breath as our Embodied Practice, on March 21 we spend at least 10-15 minutes (with the four-part breath) putting ourselves into the rhythm of Spring. Do 3-5 sequences breaths using our thumb and fingers.

Inhale, thumb on pointer finger - the awakening in form.
Pause, thumb on middle finger - I sense the other, as I take form.
Exhale, thumb on ring finger - my form is recorded.
Pause, thumb on little finger - I am with Embodied form.

Work on the Embodied Practice and then do 3-5 more sequenced four-part breaths with the corresponding thumb to fingers and the phrase. Continue the use of the Spring four-part breath.

Daily Practice

March 18 - March 27:
In your daily practice, go into your embodied practice and be with your soul pulse. Non-embodied students, be with your breath and ask through the soul essence pulse or breath for distortions in the reflective self to return to their original state.

The Reflective Self

March 17:
The reflective self, as we continue support ourselves in understanding of who we are. Over the next 2 weeks it is key to stay in touch with the pulse up and down the spine, the charge in the sacrum, and the pulse in support of the feet chakras. These put us in the correct orientation or reference beam to truly see what aspects our reflective self is mirroring to us.

To use a simpler example, think of the fun house mirrors. They alter their orientation which alters our reflective self information back. This we can all relate on a human level. Many of our parents, teachers, or bosses reflect things back to us that are not true, like the fun house mirror.

The Dark Moon

March 15:
Upon waking, greet and accept what was spoken to you. It is OK if you don’t feel or experience anything or believe any information was given, your pelvis was charged in the position between earth and sky – you did receive.

Journal, if you are keeping one, on your embodied journey. Permission to experience the power of reflection. Before bed, do the same on waking as 3/15 on 3/16.

Communication with your reflective self

March 14:
We prepare to receive the most connected communication about the origins of pools of reflection. Sit in embodied practice, supported by the flow of earth and sky. Simply ask for your body to be prepared. Upon going to bed, ask that your chakras be open to receiving information as we enter the time of the dark moon, to be in relationship to the reflective pool orientation of your reflective soul essence.

Clear the relationship

March 9:
Now, we clear and heal the relationship of the obturator internus muscle which exerts a lower stabilizing force on the lower part of the pelvis, aligning the sit bones. The energy is a downward force, in alignment with meeting earth. In your embodied practice, work with red healing energy again, pulsing from femur head to inside attachment.

March 10, 11, and 12:
Next, we clear and heal the relationship of the obturator externus muscle, which stabilizes the pelvis in receiving earth flow. The body opens to earth pulse from our grounding connection. Once again, use the red pulse energy to clear and heal from femur head to lateral ridge of lower pelvis.

Continued Charging

Today, we lay out a larger container for our work this month. We awakened to the charge of reflective self in our sacrum. We walk the physical and emotional paths to balance, which begins to provide a context under which our reflective self is sustainable.

We were nurtured in the labyrinth center. During transition this month, our feet chakras met the earth, opening us towards the reflective relationship that we are in with the earth.

The next work is on the structure of the pelvis which is one of the pools of reflection. The reflection happens in the body depending on the structure of the pelvis and what reflections it picks up and what reflects back.

Continue to clear and charge your piriformis muscles. The structure gives just the right tip of pelvic bone so that your sacrum charges reflection and pulses it back up your spine. Just like the orbit of the earth, if it were a little different, there would be no amazing transformative life.

The Center: Interrelationship (continued)

On Sunday, March 1, the earth shook. It was a changing quake and it fractionally altered the earth’s rotation. Strong movement that melts and changes everything is significant.

Childbirth labor is another strong abrupt meeting that begins a new way - yet in labor, the feet of the baby are met by the uterus charging the feet chakras. As the earth shook, we were in the center of the labyrinth of reflective self, walking the center of interrelationship, met by the shifting of earth, charging and changing our feet chakras forever. We are now energetically supported in our feet.

On March 4, sit in your embodied practice and press your tongue on the roof of your mouth during the inhale, for seven breaths. On the exhale, relax the tongue and receive earth pulse or heart beat in the perineum. From the center of your head, say hello to your left and right piriformis muscles. Invite a clearing pulse, clearing “too loose” or “too tight” held positions of the muscles. Ask, from the center of your head, what color your muscles need to be charged with and invite (into the muscle) the pulse of that color.

The Center: Interrelationship

We walk the center of the labyrinth, in this day of complete reflection, on the day of the full moon. The full moon is in Virgo, the hearth flame. The hearth flame of the reflective relationship of the feet is the balance each step provides – the energy exchange and the feedback loop for the base of balance energy exchange from earth.

We walk the center on February 28 by going into practice (students use the two places at once exercise, non students use your shadow) and working with our breath and feet chakras. As you inhale, let your foot chakras pulse out to meet earth. As you exhale, your foot chakras pulsate in, bringing in (with your breath) earth energy.

Imagine that you are in the center of your labyrinth. You walk and meet the rim of the center. Starting at the labyrinth center entrance, proceed clockwise while following the undulating rim of the center, as though you are walking up and down a series of gently rolling hills. As you walk up and down, work with your breath and with your foot chakras (as we did above), releasing and taking in all that is.

Interrelation of being
I stand, dancing around the center, pulsating with each step.
As I move to meet the earth, She meets me. When we meet, I fully take in.
I am one between earth and sky. Therefore, my moment fully is.
Empowered moment beckons me, like the dawn of emergence, where I experience the rhythm of walking.
- (Kiera Laike, 2006)

For March 1 and March 2: Continue to charge and walk the inner circle of interrelationship.

The Center of the Labyrinth

We enter the center of the labyrinth on February 26. On February 27, be with your reflective self. Sitting in the center of the labyrinth, the sacrum charges.

Continuing to walk the Labyrinth

February 18 - February 25:
For the rest of the cycle of the first labyrinth of reflection, walk it as it is meant to be walked. Each day, charge the opening (as you did on the 13th) and meditate on the path for the day. I will not confuse or aid by giving what information or experience may be there. Only that the human field is with you as you walk. Keep a journal of what comes up.

Labyrinth: Click on the picture to see a larger one.

Entering the Labyrinth

February 15, 2010, if you feel you need to, you can repeat the 4 sets of 4 breaths from February 13.

For my students, use the “two places at once” technique to enter the labyrinth. Those not currently studying under me, allow your shadow to enter. We must never leave our bodies uninhabited.

When ready, enter and head straight west, one fourth of the way in. The energy, as you move straight west, is there to heal your feet chakras and (literal) footprint. How your foot meets the ground.

Walking the First Labyrinth

As you enter the labyrinth and walk to the west one-fourth of the way in, work on these specific directions below or just be in your practice. Let the energy of the labyrinth heal your feet chakras. The first disruption in our reflective relationship is the energy of pulse from our mother’s uterus. The energy flow through her uterus, as it contracts to meet the baby’s feet, her energy is transferred and becomes the base of the energy in our feet chakras from which we meet the earth (with every step).

Directions for those working with precision and intent: As you walk east, know that the pulse of the labyrinth, like a beacon to the center, is meeting your heel and swirling around your feet chakras. The meeting will clear fear, and turmoil, and non-welcoming or deadness if born by ceasarian section.

The path then will lead to the north. Some of you may want to fight the turning north – you will want to keep going straight. The illusion will be that it is more powerful. We must resist the illusion of “more power” and support ourselves in remembering that none of us can avoid the journey. The journey is as long as the universe is.

You turn north and head northwest. As you head northwest, allow your feet chakras to be fueled, with the pulse touching the outside line of the foot. The act of being met releases and heals the pain of aloneness, along with the fear of being met, i.e., when I am met, I am taken from not nurtured.

February 16:
If you feel you need to, you can repeat the 4 sets of 4 breaths from February 13. We head west again, moving so close to the center, yet not there – we are charging our energy. The heel and outside line of the foot (in Bio Self-Emergence theory) represent how we were met and how we meet.

A simple example: A mother is left alone in delivery, he father (in his own stuff) cannot be present. When the transition stage of labor begins – the male position of the east is not supported in physical form. The energetic gates of the west must be moved through alone – depending on the mother, her response will be varied – some.

Some examples:
Resentful of the baby – When meeting the energy in the feet chakras, this person will have anxiety or worry about whether, if they ask too much, will the person stay or resent them. No amount of insight therapy can clear these.

Some rage at the father – The energy meeting the baby is split. A longing will be there, yet a rage in meeting and being met - the not-so-good push-pull of intimacy.

February 17:
Breathe the 4x4 breath. Create the entrance vortex if wanted or needed. Use 2 places at once or have your shadow enter. Enter, walk, head east, turn north, head northeast, turn south, head southeast – being met. Head east, small turn north, curve around to head west.

As we walk this portion, in the year of the reflective self, we begin to heal the connection to self and movement. We are doing this so close to the center, yet a long journey away for becoming one with our reflective self of movement or pulse. All lines of energy connect through gapped junctions. As we walk the connections of self to sensing, to containment, the portal of connected movement is open and the gapped junctions begin to heal.

The Entrance to the Labyrinth

Begin on February 13, 2010, sometime after 9:50 pm EST, the beginning of the dark moon.

The journey to the reflective self is clear, yet never ending. The human relationship to the reflective self went off balance through many incidents over time. Here, it is not necessary for us to understand how our human reflective self waned (diminished), only that our reflective self is our ability to connect to, to see, and to be in proper relationship to the holographic aspects of the universe.

Each labyrinth we enter and walk this year will create a connection to our reflective self. Sit in Embodied Practice. Breathe in the breath of God. Allow the charge placed in your sacrum on January 3, 2010 to pulse - remember your connection between earth/sky and your soul essence.

Pause after exhale - hold pause for 5-10 seconds before inhaling. Using your right hand only, use your thumb to put pressure (only on the pause) on the inside line of your little finger nail. Do this 4 times. The entrance to the expanded self has come. Through water, I enter.

Inhale for 5-10 seconds. Using your right hand only, use your thumb to put pressure (only on the inhale) on the inside line of your little finger nail. Do this 4 times. The entrance of the center of self has come. Through earth, I enter.

Pause after inhale - hold pause for 5-10 seconds before exhaling. Using your right hand only, use your thumb to put pressure (only on the pause) on the inside line of your little finger nail. Do this 4 times. The entrance of "being with" has come. Through air, I enter.

Exhale for 5-10 seconds. Using your right hand only, use your thumb to put pressure (only on the exhale) on the inside line of your little finger nail. Do this 4 times. The entrance of expression has come. Through fire, I enter.

If you cannot see the 4 vortex rings that have come, it does not mean that they are not there. Allow them to merge and pulse.

Sit in the stillness and power of the dark moon, the time of greatest and clearest connection. Observe and be with the entrance in front of you. You have permission to allow the opening (and to be with it) to prepare you to enter on February 14.

Preparation

In our practice on February 11 and 12, when you bring in earth and cosmic energies, be with the energies. Know that the energies can begin to prepare your structure for entering and walking the emotional and physical path of balance. Allow the earth energy to nourish your bones and the cosmic energy to nourish the cell membranes. Release any fear of being cared for or not being cared for. You have permission to receive whatever is needed in whatever form is necessary to enter into the stillness (on February 13) which will allow the labyrinth to be revealed.

The Journey

The charging of the energy of the full moon has begun to move in from the aura and move into the cell membranes, where it will signal differently and ready your soul to begin a journey through the labyrinth.

For those of you following this blog who are not currently students of mine, I wanted to take a moment to explain the journey. Each of us long for the journey; it is one of the basic energetic principles of being. In our energetic longing, we must step carefully - it is easy to be seduced by the "story" of someone else's journey, to follow them, to then end up in the center of their labyrinth and receive a piece of their reflective being.

Each of our soul essences must make our own journey in and out of the labyrinth. For the most part, the journey, when walked, supported, and on the labyrinth (laid out by planetary rotation versus constructed by man) is beyond words. Each trip, for the most part, is beyond words. The labyrinth we will continue to prepare to enter is the labyrinth of balance. Balance in all phases and aspects, for most of us, is elusive. As we prepare to walk the cycle of balance, we will work on emotional balance. On 2/4, we prepare to enter the labyrinth on the dark moon.

Supported by the energy of the full moon and connected by the energy that is called alongside. From 2/4 through 2/12, we work with the inner layers of chakras. In Embodied Practice, we hold to the knowledge that the universe began from what I refer to as a sensing process, at the beginning of what currently is. The particles gathered closure and closure and as the gathered and compressed in on each other, they moved into a sensing relationship - the ability to transfer and share information about everything out of this relationship, they expanded out. From this, we know that sensing is the core of the living process.

The chakra rings we will work with for entrance to the labyrinth of balance on the dark moon of 2/13 (great date).

On 2/4 and 2/5, in your Embodied Practice, begin to work on emotional balance in the first chakra.

For those not currently my students, I see and understand the first chakra as the water chakra. All life on this planet came from water and continues to form from some relationship to water. When we bring this understanding, it allows things to line up with universal energetic principles.

Work with clearing, noticing, or having. Sometimes energy is ready to be cleared; sometimes it must first notice that it must be seen. Sometimes we must have the feeling or experience, because it is transformed in having.

Check the sensing core of your first chakra, fear of vulnerability of heart not supported (often a feeling of being hung out). Check in the body layer for fear of falling. Check neural layer for grief and lost neural connections. Check the soul layer, for fear of being without connection. Check for falsehood connected to what we use to orient ourselves in body, coming from loss of connection to the true reflection that orients our soul essence.

On 2/6 and 2/7, we work with emotional secrets that we think we keep from ourselves and from others. Check the sensing layers of the first chakra for secret feelings of disgust or anger at what happened to you or to others (continue to use the three: clear, notice, or have).Check the body layer of the chakra, looking for consumption energy, or right to have. Check the neural layer for dead feeling or craving for excitement (remember, we are checking for secret feelings and permission to know). Check in the soul layer for the need for justice or the need to control.

Awaiting the entrance of the labyrinth of balance, Kiera

The Moon at Perigee

The full moon tonight is at perigee, or the closest it will be to earth all year. It appears 14% larger and 30% brighter. Moonrise last night (2010 January 29) in Minnesota.

We have been charging and awakening the sacrum, the small intestine, the triple energizer meridian, and the prefrontal lobe. Last night as we slept, our bodies naturally began to take in the most energetically powerful full moon of the year. The energy gathered around and in our aural field. Now, it is our awakening of this month’s labyrinth that will allow this energy to move into the spaces in our bodies in which it belongs.

This month, we walk and work on the underlying issue of lost soul essence, lost "permission to have". This begins when a light transfer from the optic nerve of the mother does not get transferred to the baby at birth.

For the next few days, know that your aural field has been infused with the reflective light of your own soul essence, brilliance, and genius. Side note: The lighting of birthday candles comes from this understanding; it evolved that candles were lit to represent the genius of the soul in the body.

Over the next three days, take a few minutes each day to do your embodied practice. If you are not one of my students sit relaxed and work with the pause in your breath. This time, on the pause between inhale and exhale, wait 5-10 seconds in the pause. Place pressure on your thumb to pointer finger connection in the pause and, in that silence, just let yourself be aware of the energy of your reflective self which was gifted to you from the closeness of the moon.

Ever accepting, Kiera

Hand-Breath Activation

In this year of reflection, we continue to allow our sacrum to charge with the reflection of soul essence.

We call upon the connection of movement and neural connection to aid us in the healing we long for - to support us in our ability to view and connect to all through our soul essence.

In this waxing moon phase, from 1/25 through 1/28, work on the four-part breath with the left hand only.

Begin: Inhale.

Pause in the fullness of breath. Put thumb pressure on the outside of the pinky finger nail. This activates the small intestine meridian and opens up the mid-brain to take in the reflection of soul essence.

On the exhale, put thumb pressure on the outside of the ring finger nail. This activates the triple energizer meridian.

Pause, before the inhale. Put thumb pressure on the fingerprint of the middle finger. This allows, in the pause, for reflected soul essence energy to move into the 6th chakra.

Inhale. Move the thumb pressure to the pointing finger. Breath up into the top of the head, allowing reflective soul essence energy into the prefrontal lobe.

The Four-part Breath:
  • Begin with inhale.
  • Pause breathing: Pinky finger (outside of nail) - In the fullness of breath, I take in my reflective self.
  • Exhale: Ring finger (outside of nail) - My soul essence tone charges as the water is released.
  • Pause breathing: Middle finger (fingerprint) - My reflective self moves into the sacred vortex in the center of my head.
  • Inhale: Pointer finger - My soul essence reflection awakes.
Ever awakening, Kiera

Dark Moon

We pull in the reflective energy that we began the New Year with to support us on January 14, the day of the dark moon. This is a powerful time to connect with and to access a deep reflection of who we are, from our core outward. Organized and true information comes from the stillness, as like information in seeds organizes in the dark.

On the night of January 13, before going to sleep, we do our embodied practice. If you are following and you don’t do the embodied practice, sit relaxed and breathe. Ask for our soul’s essence to be in our bodies.
  1. Awaken into the core of our 1st chakra, the reflection of soul essence.
  2. Awaken into the core of our 2nd chakra, the reflection of fulfillment.
  3. Awaken into the core of our 3rd chakra, the reflection of creativity.
Sit in the practice and receive from the light in darkness. Take in that which is there for us. As we sleep, know that the reflections are still being charged in our chakras, as well as throughout the day on January 14.

Ever reflecting, Kiera

Daily Connection

We have gathered the energy of the sun in our sacrum. It will safely remain, supporting us through this circle of power as we emerge in human form. On Thursday, 1//7/2010, as the moon wanes and the cardinal cross (4 planets lining up in a cross pattern) manifests, use the connection to clear your grounding plate and the four aspects of grounding. To clear, you can simply sit in your embodied practice and, through aural connection with the lunar phase and the planetary alignment, breathe into your paradium (pelvic floor).

Then, allow for your 7th chakra to begin releasing connection to anything written that does not line up with your soul essence.

Ever awakening ....

Circles of Power

I began this blog for the New Year for my students. Each of them has a soul purpose connection and understanding of the Circles of Power. I realize that some of you who are not my students may also wish to begin to walk the Circles of Power through your own soul essence.

So, briefly, what are Circles of Power? They are energetic avenues of connection that organize the human field within its position in the solar system. This connection then organizes the soul essence within the structure of human form. The soul chi in the body is then our avenue (activated in embodied practice) of connection to the human field, enabling the energetic reorganization or transformation to occur.

For 2010, New Year’s Eve began with the full moon. It is a year of the lunar cycle. Walking the Circles of Power through the lunar cycles has many benefits and purposes.
  1. We can move into a deep understanding of what “reflective self” means.
  2. We can balance our hormones and sleep cycles after walking many circles - though immediate benefits can be noticed.
  3. The relationship of parts, a healing of the unnatural wound of our own best part of our soul essence begin used against us.
  4. Walking our Circles of Power also supports us in connection through our own soul essence - not someone else’s idea of what will connect us.
I welcome all to walk with us through this year of reflective relationship.

Perihelion 2010

The reflective circle of connection continues. Today, January 3, 2010, is the perihelion, the day of the year and the point in earth's yearly journey around the sun where the earth is closest to the sun. Yes, closest. The sun is the center and one of the main organizing energies in our solar system.

In practice today, I invite you to focus on the breath of God - accepting the most brilliant reflection of yourself into your sacrum. Clear your chakras, if it is hard to take in the vibration in your sacrum.

Ever awakening, Kiera
